Weekly weaving workshops at Baldock Arts & Heritage Centre
Weaving workshop spaces are available this term on a Thursday morning 10.30 - 1pm at The Baldock Arts & Heritage Centre.
Hire a loom or bring your own along.
Enjoy some weaving with other creatives and get help with your projects.
Please book and pay for your place in advance so that a loom can be prepared for your visit if needed! Basic warp and weft yarns will be provided, and are recommended for beginners! However if you prefer to work with an alternative yarn type or colour, please check with me first that it will be suitable for use with the looms. A range of yarns, many that are specifically designed for weaving are also available to purchase here
The Summer 2024 term is now bookable. The classes will continue on a Thursday morning 10.30am - 1pm from the 25th April 2024 - please note the course will not be running on 8 consecutive weeks, and all dates are detailed below:
25th April, 2nd May, 23rd May, 6th June, 13th June, 27th June, 4th July, 11th July.

With demonstrations of techniques and ongoing tuition and support with your weaving projects your creative confidence will soar!

The Baldock Arts & Heritage Centre has a large bright, gallery space with a high ceiling and excellent facilities and will be closed to the general public on workshop days.
